Candidate is responsible to register and fill the application form accurately, ensure that they are error free and complete in all respects.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates for admission is based on the aggregate marks secured in Standard X Annual Examination.

SSLC (Karnataka) - Percentage aggregate marks for six subjects is considered (out of 625)

CBSE Marks is being calculated for the five main subjects, additional subject is not included.

ICSE- Percentage aggregate marks for six subjects is considered (out of 600)

Candidates studied in IGCSE Board and Outside India have to obtain the ELIGIBILITY CERTIFICATE from the Pre-University Board of Education, Karnataka.

Reservation category

Reservation category, applicable only to Karnataka State Board candidates 

Reservation category (SC, ST, Category 1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B) students must upload the valid caste/category certificate issued by the concerned authorities of the
 Government of Karnataka with the application form. 

If caste certificate is not received, upload the self attested undertaking format in the admission portal. Download the format 

If you cannot upload the valid certificate from the concerned Karnataka Authorities / self attested undertaking form, it will be considered under General Merit and hence mark
“GENERAL MERIT”.

NOTE

I PUC Admission will be confirmed only after the submission of these documents.

All provisionally admitted candidates must produce the following documents after the commencement of the college. 

  1. Original Transfer certificate and Attested Copy of Original 10th STD Marks Card 

  2. Original Migration certificate (Except Karnataka State Board candidates) from their respective Board.

  3. Parish Priest’s letter  (Christian students only)

  4. Original Provisional Eligibility certificate for IGCSE and candidates studied outside India

  5. Copy of valid caste certificate (for SC,ST, Cat 1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category only

  • Mandatory for SSLC candidates applied through category

  • Optional for others   


Your admission can be rejected even at later stage if:

    1. in case required supporting documents are missing

    2. in case false documents or incomplete information or wrong information is submitted

    3. in case a candidate conceals/hides the requisite information

    4. in case required educational qualifications or the minimum age criterion is not fulfilled

Admission once cancelled will not be re-considered. Fees will not be refunded in such cases.
