Procedure
The application form will be available online on the college website as per the dates announced by the Department of Pre-University Education, Government of Karnataka, (after the declaration of Karnataka SSLC Examination results).

Candidates, who wish to apply for different combinations, are expected to give the preference in the application forms and submit the same with marks scored in class X.

Enter Correct details - Student Name and Parent's Name has to be exactly the same as the 10th Class Marks card.

Fee structure for all the combinations will be available on the website at the time of admission.

Current year passed out candidates, who have studied in Karnataka, will be given preference.

The provisional list of selected candidates based on the total marks scored along with admission date will be published on the college notice board.

The candidates, accompanied by parents are expected to meet the Principal for an interview on the stipulated date. As part of the admission process, both parents and wards must attend the counselling session.

Admission will be denied if a candidate fails to join within the stipulated time.
Admission procedures will be complete only when the candidate submits the following documents to the College.

Original Transfer certificate

Attested Copy of Original 10th STD Marks Card

Original Migration certificate (Except Karnataka State Board candidates) from their respective Board.

Parish Priest’s letter (Christian students only)

Copy of valid caste certificate (for SC,ST, Cat 1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category only)

Eligibility
Applicants must have passed in SSLC examination (Karnataka State) or any other equivalent examination recognized by the Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka and must satisfy all conditions set by it.

IGCSE Board candidates, Foreign nationals and students, who have passed Class X or any other equivalent examination in foreign countries, must obtain a Provisional Eligibility Certificate from the Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka, before securing admission.

Reservation category
Reservation category (Applicable only to Karnataka State Board Candidates)
SSLC Candidates, who belong to any of the following categories, SC, ST, Category 1/2A/2B/3A/3B and those who are differently abled must produce certificates in proof of their caste/category/or disability. The original certificate issued by the appropriate authorities of the Government of Karnataka, its photocopy, attested by a Gazetted Officer must be submitted along with the application form.
General Instruction
Your admission can be rejected even at later stage if:

in case required supporting documents are missing
-
in case false documents or incomplete information or wrong information is submitted

in case a candidate conceals/hides the requisite information
-
in case required educational qualifications or the minimum age criterion is not fulfilled
Admission once cancelled will not be re-considered. Fees will not be refunded in such cases.
Dress Code
The college follows a dress code that the students ought to adhere to compulsorily on all days that they are on campus. We insist on the dress code even during examinations and fests.

Boys are expected to wear only formal shirts and trousers.

Boys are expected to have short cut hair in neat, clean and ordinary style . Jeans and T-shirts, Spiking, application of gel and colouring of hair, wearing a beard, stubble or sideburns, wearing chains and ear-studs is not permitted.

Girls must wear knee length kameez and salwar with dupatta.

Jeans, T-shirts, Stoles, short kurtas, leggings, Palazzos, culottes, skirts, colouring of hair, piercing of body is not permitted.

To promote a sense of ‘constitutional secularism’ within the institution, students are expected to adhere to the orders of the High Court.
